Hot Weather Shipping:

 

During hot weather shipment of chocolate sensitive nut products must be sent expedited with ice.  Please ask for a quote when placing your order.

Storage

 

Please store your nuts in a tightly sealed container, in a cool, dry place.  Chocolates are best stored in a temperature of 55-65 degrees with no more than 50% humidity.

All products manufactured by Bazzini are manufactured under the supervision and certification of the Orthodox Union.  The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America is the is one of the oldest Orthodox Jewish organizations in the United States. It is best known for its kosher certification service. Its circled-U symbol, , a hechsher, is found on the labels of many commercial and consumer food products.

 

Processing Time:

How do you ship my orders?

 

PLEASE NOTE: We only ship Nationwide - in the United States.

 


We ship standard home delivery FedEx rates. In addition, there is a minimal packaging fee. The cut off weight is 50lbs per order on-line.  If your order weighs more, please contact us at 1-800-228-0172 and we would be happy to take your order over the phone.

 


Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?

 


A: You sure can. Simply add all the items into your cart, choose “Ship items to multiple addresses,” click “Continue,” and take stuff out of your cart for each additional address to which you’d like us to ship. For more information, see About Shipping to Multiple Addresses 

 

 

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

 

A: We will ship your order as soon as possible after receipt.  Orders received after 2pm will not be entered until the next business day.  Please take this into account when ordering before the holidays. Bazzini will be closed the following days: Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after.  December 24, 25, 26, December 30, Jan 1 & 2.

Q: You have two offices, who should I talk to?

 

A: Bazzini has a distribution center located in the Bronx, NY and the main headquarters and manufacturing facility is in Allentown PA.  For questions regarding your order please contact the Allentown office directly at 610.366.1606. Our 1-800.228.0172 number will dial our Bronx facility and our team would be happy to transfer your call to Allentown.  Please just advise you would like to inquire about a web order.
